■ Article 1 (Scope and modification of these Terms and Conditions)
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all matters relating to the use of La Riho’s club services operated by La Riho’s club (hereinafter referred to as the Club).
The Club reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without the prior approval of the Customer, which the Customer accepts. Any such changes shall be announced to the Customer from time to time via the means provided by the Club.
Article 2 (Modification of Terms and Conditions)
The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without the consent of the Customer whenever it deems it necessary. The posting of any amendments to the Terms and Conditions on the Site shall be deemed to constitute the Customer’s acceptance of such amendments.
■ Article 3 (Handling of personal information)
The Club shall handle the Customer’s personal information appropriately in accordance with the separately published Privacy Policy.
Article 4 (Use of services)
The Customer shall use the Club’s services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Club’s Privacy Policy, User Guide and other instructions.
If the Customer is a minor, the use of the Club’s services requires the consent of a person with parental authority.
1.Prohibited acts
In using the Services, the Customer shall not.
(1) Any commercial or non-commercial use of the services, information or products provided on the Site without the prior consent of the Club.
(2) Any action that interferes with the operation of the Service or any other action that may interfere with the Service.
(3) Acts of using the Service by fraudulently using a credit card.
(4) Acts of illegally obtaining or using logon IDs and passwords
(5) Infringing the trademark rights, copyrights, privacy or other rights of other users, third parties or the Club, or any act that may cause annoyance, disadvantage or damage.
(6) Posting information that is contrary to the facts.
(7) Actions that are or may be offensive to public order and morals, or that violate other laws and regulations.
(8) Falsifying information relating to the Club or the Service, or information provided through the Service.
(9) Acts of transmitting or writing harmful computer programs, etc.
(10) Any other acts that the Club deems inappropriate for the operation of the Service.
2. ID and password
(1) You shall use the Services using your own ID and password or the La Riho’s club membership number and password issued by the Club.
(2) You shall be solely responsible for the use and management of your own ID and password, or the La Riho’s club membership number and password issued by the Club.
(3) You shall be responsible for the use and management of your ID, La Riho’s club membership number and password at your own risk and shall not transfer, lend, disclose or use them to third parties.
(4) You shall immediately inform the Club if you discover that your ID, La Riho’s club membership number or password has been misused by a third party.
3. Use of JavaScript
Some pages in La Riho’s club use JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, they may not function or display correctly.

4. Access logs, cookies and mobile device identification information
La Riho’s club uses access logs, cookie technology and mobile device identification information to collect information on access history and other information in order to provide the best possible service.

■ Article 5 (Management and operation of the website)
1.SSL

3.Virus e-mail detection
When emails containing viruses reach the Club’s servers, a programme is implemented to detect and eliminate them so that they do not infect the Club.
All emails sent from the Club are also checked for viruses.
However, some viruses can disguise the sender’s name, so if you receive a suspicious email with our sender’s name, please contact us immediately. We will investigate immediately.

4. Maintenance of the service

■ Article 6 (Disclaimer).
The Club shall be exempted from liability by processing its affairs in accordance with your registration details.
The Club shall not be liable for any damage, loss or disadvantage incurred directly or indirectly by the Member as a result of the temporary suspension, discontinuation or modification of the Service due to acts of God or other technically unavoidable reasons.
2. If a customer causes any damage to other customers or third parties by using the service, the customer shall resolve the matter at his/her own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage, loss or disadvantage to the Club.
Article 7 (Agreed Jurisdiction)
The Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance in the event of any disputes arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 8 (Governing law)
The interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply from 1 April 2017.
